These roomy apartments feature modern amenities, creating a welcoming and cozy environment for individuals, couples, or small families.
We had a positive experience overall. Maintenance was responsive, they replaced our front door with a new one quickly. The apartment was spacious and comfortable (we lived in a Renovated unit, which may differ from Classic ones). During our stay on the third floor, we saw almost no cockroaches, just a couple over many months, and traps stayed empty. MUCH BETTER than expected based on older reviews.

Katrina is amazing. From the tour to the application process she was simply amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and a great communicator. She made my move in process a breeze.
I’m a new tenant. So far the property is quiet.
I have an updated two bedroom two bath. The apartment was clean when I moved in and a few appliances were moved so I know that someone came to treat for bugs . Unlike other reviews I have seen ZERO BUGS .
