  I live in a condo building with unique security concerns based on lack of WiFi access that make it hard to address our ongoing security issues. Thomas at CSI is the first person I reached who answered the phone personally and was able to speak to me with intimate knowledge of the building challenges and possible solutions in a professional concise manner. He then offered to write up a rough estimate to be considered by our hoa board association and sent it to me in less than 30 minutes to get a consult started.
