  A Truly Great Place to Work! I've been fortunate to be part of the team at Howard Precision Metals for 36 years, and I can genuinely say it's an outstanding place to build a career. From my first year, it was clear that this company prioritizes its employees. About 2-1/2 years ago our small family-owned company was purchased by Ryerson, and we became part of the Ryerson Family of Companies. This change was able to strengthen our benefit package, increased the amount of support and guidance our management team received and a top tier safety program to ensure a secure and safe working environment for all employees. The aluminum industry is an exciting and diverse industry to be a part of and gives you a sense of purpose when we get to understand all the different products and markets our material goes into.
