I'd lived here 2016 till 2019 before I bought my House on Courthouse road. The new management are awesome. Embarked on massive renovation, and tarred all link roads. Always at my berk and call. The one bedroom wasn't 100% okey but I'll score it 97%. Accessible to stores, malls and Airport . A great place to start life and raise kids. Regardless of individual option I'll recommend it !

Le personnel du bureau ne communique pas correctement avec vous pour résoudre les problèmes. Ma climatisation a coulé deux fois dans le salon. La deuxième fois, il leur a fallu plus d'une semaine pour réparer. Mon plafond semble descendre de la fuite et il y a maintenant des bulles d'eau qui descendent le long du mur. L’ensemble du complexe doit être entièrement incendié et recommencer

Yes, it’s true. i have been living here for 4 months and it has been a nightmare. I will be breaking my lease. The unit next to me is molded and I can smell it in my unit. This has been brought to the their attention multiple times. They have the huge cockroaches and maintenance is horrible. The office staff doesn’t communicate with you properly to resolve issues. My a/c has leaked in the living room twice. The second time it took them over a week to fix. My ceiling looks like it’s coming down from the leak and there are now water bubbles going down the side of the wall. The whole complex needs to be burned to the ground and start over

Yes there trash I’ve been here for a month and I’m ready to break the lease now...roaches are everywhere...our ceilings been broke for about 3 weeks and we had a leak the first week we moved in...both kitchen and downstairs bathroom are clogged and they have yet to come fix it...All in All this place is a scam and 850$ ain’t worth it
